Promoter

The “Win R20,000 Promotion” (“Promotion”) is run by Live Easy Fourways, a division of Live Easy (Pty) Ltd.

Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older.

Participants must apply, be approved, and sign a lease agreement for a unit at Live Easy Fourways during the promotional period.

Employees, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of Live Easy are not eligible to participate.

Promotional Period

The Promotion starts on 1 August 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025.

Only leases signed and validly executed during this period will qualify.

How to Enter

To stand a chance to win:

Apply for an apartment at Live Easy Fourways.

View and get approved for a unit.

Sign the lease agreement and move in.

Qualify to participate in the Live Easy Scavenger Hunt, subject to the conditions below.

Live Easy reserves the right to determine how many participants will be eligible for the Scavenger Hunt.

If demand is high, additional qualifying criteria (e.g., random selection, first-come-first-served, or other fair methods) may be applied.

Details of any additional qualifying steps will be communicated directly to eligible residents.

The Prize

One winner will receive R20,000 (twenty thousand Rand) in cash.

The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

Live Easy reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal value if required by law or circumstances beyond its control.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be determined by the outcome of the Scavenger Hunt conducted by Live Easy.

The judging will take place on 25th October 2025, after the promotional period ends.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Live Easy reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant suspected of fraudulent or dishonest conduct.

Participation in the Promotion does not waive or alter any obligations under the signed lease agreement.

Live Easy accepts no responsibility for any technical errors, delays, or failures in communication or submission.

Publicity Consent

By entering, participants consent to the use of their name, photographs, and likeness by Live Easy for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

Live Easy and its affiliates will not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of the prize.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy

All personal data provided will be processed in accordance with Live Easy’s Privacy Policy and used solely for administering this Promotion.

Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
